If I can train the number of people
in a high volume kitchen for the number of years I’ve done it, with the success rate I’ve enjoyed, I know I can
teach you whatever you want to learn…
Typically, people want to learn about these exotic new products they’ve seen in specialty grocery
stores. Or a certain style of cooking (Tuscan, Greek, Asian, Southwest, etc). Or folks want to know how to prepare healthy,
vegetarian meals (Some Tofu or Tempeh dishes, or the “essence” of these products).
Topics of private instruction can be as specific or as general as you want. Just say, “Teach me
how to cook!” and that will get the Q&A started…You already know what you want to learn. And, we can do this
as many times as you’d like. See, cooking classes are wonderful. I’ve taken ‘em, I’ve taught ‘em.
I’ll continue teaching them. But FireMelon is about working with individuals. I know exactly if we’ve achieved
our goal. And, we’ll have a lot more fun doing it. You got my undivided attention…
Private Instruction rates are $100 per 2
to 3 hour session
(yeah, we'll make an evening out of it!),
plus the cost of food.
(up to 4 students)
Additional students can join in at $25 a head
You can find a cooking
class at your local continuing education facility or specialty grocery store, but it will be on a predetermined topic, typically
last half as long, not one-on-one, and with a questionable success rate.
