Executive chef, Frank Miller, has been Executive Chef (and Sous Chef) of The Urban Market in Dallas, TX, Head Chef of Whole Foods Market in Austin, TX and has worked as a chef for Wild Oats in Albuquerque, NM, as well as the legendary Bluebonnet Cafe of Greenville Ave in Dallas. He has a combined experience of almost 20 years in Alternative and Natural Foods as well as Gourmet Cuisine. His influences include American Southwest, Tuscan, Greek, Mediterranean, Asian inspired, Sushi, and Vegetarian/Vegan.
